Welcome to Rocky Mountain Tibetan Mastiffs!  RMTM was founded by Jared and Lisa May in 2003 and is located in beautiful Farmington, Utah, USA, just north of Salt Lake City.  Here at RMTM we are forever indebted to Phil and Sabrina Novarra of Shang-Hai Tibetan Mastiff’s for entrusting us with our first (and many more to follow) Tibetan Mastiffs, invaluable mentoring, and constant friendship.  We pay tribute here to the Shang-Hai Legacy and hope to build on the solid foundation that has been laid.

RMTM’s are raised in a large family, “takes a village” setting and are very social animals.  Proper, early socialization is taken very seriously.  The foundation for breeding at RMTM is health, temperament, structure, and a consistent breed type we are very proud of.  In limited AKC conformation show participation, RMTM’s have been very successful.  RMTM’s pedigrees are some of the most competitive, sporting many Champions, Grand Champions, top US TM’s, and top international TM’s.  The Tibetan Mastiff IS NOT a dog for everyone.  RMTM feels very strongly that every prospective home and owner research the breed thoroughly, visit RMTM to see how Tibetan Mastiffs interact, and contact us with any questions.  You will not find a more noble, impressive, loyal breed!  We sincerely thank you for taking time to visit.
